Wilton Course three


On Tuesday night it was my second night of the Wilton Course 3, which is cake decorating with fondant. I was very excited all day about decorating my cake. I copied a picture in one of my Peggy Porschen books and I must say, I am so pleased with the way it turned out!!!! The cake itself is a chocolate cake – a really delicious chocolate cake I might add!! I used the recipe in the confetti cakes book which I borrowed from the library. Actually I love this book so much, I have just ordered a copy for me.





Not much writing today – just lots of photos.

    love the big spots on the cake,what a fun looking cake and I bet it tastes as good as it looks,would a taste!

    Good for you for doing all three courses. I did the first two, but haven't done the fondant portion yet. They are fun.

    Great job!! looks great, my friend and I are going to classes next year at a local high school. We did a Playboy Bunny last night (our first venture together)looked great but won't post on blog due to copyright... love yur decorated cookies as well....Jan
